When you join the Dream Fractional program, you become part owner in a “Collection” of 3 matched yachts, each with up to 5 owners. Rather than being limited to just one boat in a single destination, you’ll have access to sail aboard other yachts in your Collection. Yachts are placed throughout our most popular Mediterranean and Caribbean bases, rotating to allow owners the opportunity to sail in exciting new destinations each season.

Unlike some other fractional programs, there are no operating expenses or unexpected costs – maintenance, insurance and berthing are all included. At the end of the program, the net proceeds from the resale of the boat are divided among the owners to further offset the overall cost. Plus, our buyback guarantee ensures that Dream Yacht will buy the yacht should it not sell in the allotted time, for a smooth and worry-free program exit.
